What we sell
Collectible trading cards — single cards, sealed product and graded cards — for Pokémon, One Piece and Dragon Ball. Single cards are individual second-hand items: each listing is one physical copy, photographed as it is, and its condition is stated on the listing. We are an independent shop and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a licensee of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation, or any other rights holder. All product names, logos and card images remain the property of their respective owners.

Complaints and disputes
Tell us first — most problems with a card or a delivery are settled directly and quickly. If we cannot resolve it between us, a consumer in the EU may submit the dispute to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Your statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal set out in our refund policy, are unaffected by anything on this page.
